Total 24 skeins, at 100 grams each. The first series called Country Colors : #10 Sahara, #11 Grand Canyon, #12 Ayers Rock, #13 Cape Horn #14, Serengetti, #15, Gobi, #16 Alaska, #17 Alpine.    Not pictured. The second series called Regions : # 18 Ireland, # 19 Galapogos, # 20 Hawaii, # 21 Lanzarote, #22 Madagascar, # 23 Provence, #24 Tundra, #25 Himalaya.      Not pictured. The third and recently released series that are in the only photos attached to this listing are called the Elements series. That makes 24 skeins in all, at 100 grams each and a rare find for you today. As ever, 4 ply sock yarn,  100 grams, 450 yards per skein knit on a 1-3 US needles, and gives a pair of adult socks per skein,  75% wool, 25% nylon. Swatches @ to 28 stitches to 4". Superwash and sock machine worthy.  You need not know the names of the Elements series so as to differentiate them, you get all eight, one each........ but.............. Now we can get grumpy and commiserate. For the new Fall 2008 third series with the ecological theme,  the title is again Mexiko ( Mexico ) as manufacturer Fortissima uses ( and over uses ) this moniker for their products. It gets confusing. This is where I am going with this chatter: the two red colors are both called Fire ( I don't participate in these decisions ). The two blue ones are both called Water. There are two earth colors and two air colors. How we will ever keep this straight ? I found a way, and if you want just a few of the newest series, I have a system in place to keep the choosing less confuuuusing.
