We had someone look at it and work with it. We were told that it works well and has many years of use left in it. And worth far more than the starting bid. There is no reserve or any hidden fees. What it ends at is the price. I don't know much about it, but will gladly answer any questions I can. It is in a handmade cart and has a lid that covers it when not in use. It heats well. Comes with the cart, lid, and 8 rolls of veneer trim tape.  The tape is in white and different shades of brown. The brown looks like stained wood in different shades of brown. The white has no texture, is a little shiny and smooth.  It is all in good shape and the cart is very sturdy. I'm guessing it weighs around 200 pounds.  It is 48 inches long, 30 inches wide, and 42 inches tall. On 4 wheels. We will deliver it local for a small fee for gas. Otherwise it is pick-up only. Due to it's size and weight I'm afraid we will not be able to ship it. If needed I can get shipping information from FedEx Freight.  My husband said that this will easily come off the base and can be shipped without the cart. So, if you want just the machine and tape without the cart and top, shipping it would not be a problem and I can get quotes if needed. This is listed as pick-up only and shipping would be extra. This thing works. We won't use it and don't know anyone that will. That is the only reason it is on e-bay. It is just in our way. There is no reserve to meet. I don't want to throw it away because someone could be using it and it was expensive when purchased new. I had fun with it trying it out.
