The condition of the cover is fair with some tears and writing and becoming detached.  Interior is good+, clean and with a few folds at upper corners.This auction also includes an unopened package of Dennison Crepe Paper streamers.  There are 2 rolls of orange crepe each measuring 40 ft. as stated on the package.  These came from the same estate the booklet came from.                                                          Thanks for looking.** We take great care to thoroughly describe the condition of the item, therefore everything is sold 'As Is' and all sales are final.
