The seller will be able to allow the buyer to use the software only. However, the buyer will not be able to register the program if it has already been registered. This would mean the buyer would not be entitled to any further updates that may be offered for this program. The dongle provided with the 3D Software programs are fully activated for that program. Some programs, when purchased separately as a stand alone program, would require dongle activation to be able to use the dongle to open those programs. Second owners would not be able to use the activate dongle feature of the software as it can only be done by registered owners.
