I believe that the design is meant to be that of a participant in the Ventian Carnival. The design area measures 14 1/2"H x 18"W. A very unusual and interesting piece with a list for wool, floss and matte cotton on the back as well as a color key on the front. The imprint is silk screened and is in excellent condition. Winning bidder pays $2.50 S/H for first class mail in the U.S. and $3.50 to Canada. Priority mail is $4.80 in the U.S. and Canada needs to e-mail for rates. No other international shipping.
