I know not the exact date of manufacture or by whom. OK, let me tell you what this piece is NOT! It is not new ... it is not plastic ... it is not likely to be from China as one would find prevalent in many stores ... it is not signed or marked (At least, we found none). OK, let me tell you what this piece IS! It is about 22" in diameter. The stained pieces are glass ... it is put together well as in no loose parts. The condition is consistent with age and use. It was very slightly damaged when I got it ... I paid $135 to have a pear replaced ... that took six months. According to my expert repair guy, he admired the quality and said the maker 'knew what he was doing.' If Tiffany-Style stained glass is your thing ... it would be hard to go wrong with this piece, though one can find new pieces from China etc. for less money ... or more maybe.
