The large map shows the fifty states of the Union; position of state capitals is indicted. Each block shows one state along with its State Flower, State Bird. a dot to show position of State Capital and the date and order of its admission to the Union. I handtied the quilt in random places with red, white, blue yarn. I used High Loft batting for the middle. The back is pieced in center out of new Flat sheets. This Quilt measures 106 " long and 94" wide on any sized bed. I have worked on this quilt off and on for the last 3 years. It has been a labor of love, for sure. Place a Bid!
