They light up and together spell the word JOY.  They are individually corded and approximiately 11 inch tall  and 15 inch wide,each.  Their hats and scarfs are crotched of yarn and are coated with a polyurethaine paint to protect them for many years to come.  This set is one of a kind.  I can email you more pictures of the bottom and side views if your interested.
