There are a few cosmetic nicks on the front of the machine in the plastic from me sitting too close with the scissors while ripping out stiches. There is also one small scratch on the touch screen from the same thing, but after you turn on the screen you can't see it. It comes with the sewing/embroidery instruction manuals that used to be 2 separate paper back books. The books have been professionaly spiral bound and are in good shape. The machine comes with lots of features including: standard, rolled hemming,button sewing,transparent button hole,invisible zipper,cording,even feed, blindstitch, overcasting, zipper, decorative, buttonhole , and a pintuck foot I bought separately.It also comes with some bobbins, lint brush, quilt guide, exclusive screwdriver,eyelet punch, circle stitch ruler ( missing tack), templates for lettering and stitches built into machine, spool cap, auxiliary spool pin, embroidery needles, a few sewing needles, and wing needle.    The embroidery attachment is also used but in good condition. It comes with 2 large hoops,2 medium hoops, 1 small hoop, and 1 cap hoopster.     The Professional sew ware box and software 1.o and 1.1o are in good condition. The cd cases have cracks in them but are not falling apart. In case you don't know what this is , it is a system that you use with your computer to digitize (design) your own designs and to download free designs and designs you pay for from the internet. Then you use the box and included rewrittable card to transfer them to your embroidery machine. Manual included    I am includeing all my embroidry supplies also. They are as listed: A large metal spool holder for the 5000m cones (holds 1 cone while sewing), alot of sample stabalizer, some by the yard stabalizer, a roll of  medium weight tearawy stabalizer,40  5000m cones of embroidery thread (mostly there), 6 1000m cones (mostly there),singer design disk no. 15 and IV, 1 red foam sheet to make puff embroidery,a booklet about how to start your own embroidery business, several "catalogs" from places where you can buy sewing and embroidery supplies from, and embroidery magazines.     If you would like to pay shipping for it ( about $3o ) I will also give  you my computer tower that has over 300 designs I got from the internet on it and it has the Digitizing software already loaded on it.
