Description
Stationary Steel Screen Press This silkscreening press is in "Like New" condition. I only used it twice. It's in excellent working order. I bought it new from the manufacturer and had fun with it the two times I used it, however, I have two very young children and it's not feasible or safe for me to use it with them around. PERFECT FOR BEGINNING SMALL SCREENPRINTING BUSINESS! Can invest a small amount to experiment with process before committing to a more expensive and larger system elsewhere! Features Stationary Steel Table Top Press Quality metal fabrication w/ a heavy duty solid steel structure Brass bushings for more consistent registration No springs or shocks to wear out Adjustable/Removeable 16" X 16" platen Screen height adjustments to accommodate offset printing (for signs, plastic, ect.) Interchangeable screen clamps Heavy duty magnet to hold the screen in a upright position during printing. Easily bolts down to any wood or metal table or bench. Buyer will also receive an assortment of chemicals which should enable you to begin screen printing items immediately. Chemicals and Accessories to be included: * Screen emulsion for image preparation on screen * Emulsion Remover - cleans screens of images so they can be reused original bottle AND mixed/prepared spray bottle of remover * Screen Wash - prepares screens to accept emulsion * 1-Quart, brand new, container of white printing ink * Mist Pallet Adhesive - stabilizes item on press * Fabric Degreaser - for screen preparation (original bottle AND mixed/prepared spray bottle of degreaser) * HandPro Hand Cleaner & Conditioner * Disposable vinyl gloves (about 30 pair) * 12" used professional grade squeegee for even ink distribution * New 8" professional grade squeegee * 16" Emulsion Scoop Coater * 2 scrubbers used to clean screens * 2 yellow "safe" light bulbs for "darkroom" work * New, emty extra spray bottle * New bottle of Red Coat - water removable block-out * New bottle of Ghost/Image Stain Remover * Standard worklight for image exposure on screens * Standard heat gun with storage box for sealing printed item I will also include for the Buyer TWO, 110-mesh, 20X24 wood-framed screens. I have recently moved and am presently unable to locate printed silkscreening instructions, however, I am still looking and will, of course, include them with the kit if I find them. There are websites that offer useful instructions for the press and the process of screen prep and image burning and press use. I will pass this information on to the Buyer when he/she picks up the press. Because of the weight of the press and all of the included accessories, I am only offering this opportunity for Local Pickup in WESTERN WASHINGTON STATE.
