You will receive instructions for basic wool felting from my article that was published in SHEEP magazine with specifics on creating your own personal version of various little critters. From these instructions you can begin needle felting. I don't personally use a foam work surface, but rather, I use a folded up towel to get the size and thickness I need for a project.  You can purchase the foam, I perfer using a towel.  This kit has enough wool for several critters, or embellishments on projects you are already creating! AND, you will also receive 3 PREMIUM felting needles! There are 38 guage – for faster felting,  36 for great all purpose felting and  40 for fine details, such as face and hands.
