Each of the three models come standard with a stainless steel safety grille (CE certified) mounted in the feed hopper. De-airing models come with a reliable, high performance, vacuum pump fitted with adirt/water filter to effectively de-air clay to a very high standard. Stainless-steel mesh shredder screens are used (not simple perforated-plate style screens) for lower processing resistance, hence allowing reduced motor capacity for economical operation. I purchased this equipment used in 1994 and it still runs great. These are tough machines. I'm selling because I needed a higher capacity machine to service my Ram press. The new, larger pug mill is pictured behind the Venco in the 1st photo. With the Venco , I can pug and prepare about 300 lbs. of clay for throwing in an hour. It will do the 800 lbs as stated above if it pugs constantly. Homemade stand can be included at no charge. I can crate the pug mill for frieght shipment collect for a fee of $125.00 usd.
