Both the sewing machine and the cabinet are in extremely fine condition.  The sewing machine was recently serviced and adjusted by a Pfaff authorized service center and is in ready to sew condition.   My mother loved this machine and took very very good care of it.  It has sewn many dresses for granddaughters and doll clothes and gifts over the years.  It comes from a non smoking home. A Pfaff dealer told me the retail price for the Pfaff machine should be approximately $700 and the price for a similar solid wood Oak cabinet would be $1500 to $1800 if you can find one.  This cabinet was manufactured in the early 1980s,  constructed from oak plywood, is of high quality tongue and groove construction, and is very heavy. The sewing machine hinges down inside the cabinet when the twin top doors and closed and is counter balanced by heavy springs which makes it very easy to open and close. I will deliver it for free up to 50 miles from Buckingham, VA and $1.00 per mile over that.  You are, of course, welcome to come and pick it up.  I prefer not to ship it because it is very heavy and I'm afraid that such a beautiful machine and cabinet might be damaged in transit.  The cabinet is not replacable for anywhere near the price I've put on eBay.
