It includes everything you need to complete this 14 inch  round Primitive Hooked Rug. It's a pretty simple design with a great mix of dyed and as is 100% wools - all brand new and stripped to a #8 size which is perfect for primitive rug hooking. It would make a table centerpiece, chair pad, pillow top or wall hanging. The sheep is hooked with an oatmeal plaid and charcoal. The posies are done with dyed brown for the trim and then deep dyed rusty red and dyed mustard. If this is your first project I would suggest a quilting hoop frame which can be purchased at any fabric store. There are more user friendly and costly frames available, but I did my first couple of rugs on a quilting hoop and then graduated to the more expensive frame. I haven't included a hook with this kit because I find that most people interested in this hobby already have one, but if you don't and are in need of one, I have solid maple Moshimer hooks available for $6.00 with any kit purchase.
