All items are shown in the photo and all items in the photo are included, unless otherwise specified.  Please contact me through eBay messages if you have any questions.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS IN PAYPAL BEFORE BIDDING/PAYING.  If you do not, it is very possible that I may not accept your payment and will relist the item.
