The beauty consists of 30, 9  inch square BLOCKS of chenille textiles, varying in era's and colors and textures, certainly to please that TEEN PRINCESS or SWEET TODDLER of yours on a chilly day! Perhaps your lap could use a little bit of soft chenille ENERGY! I backed the THROW with a NEW piece of 100% cotton flannel flattered with TINY light purple flowers, onto which I embroidered my SIGNATURE name and date of the quilt's completion. VERY CLASSY touch and looks very nice! For the quilts' batting I used a NEW piece of LAUNDERED  batting consisting of 80% cotton and 20% polyester. This has made the THROW warmer and more DURABLE. The quilt has been tied through all layers at least 50 times with white NEW embroidery floss, for style and beauty and country charm. I have used a sterile and unique CHENILLE BRUSH to add a finishing touch to this quilt ! The HEIRLOOM QUILT will be accompanied by a HAND MADE THANK YOU GREETING CARD from my cottage industry.
