The 2100 hoop line have a magnet that allows the embroidery unit to know if and when a hoop is attached. The 2100 machines can not read and will not embroider without their specific line of hoops. Item as Described: Machine is in good used condition. That means the machine shows some signs of use. one of the major signs of use is the discoloring on the accessory tray. My assumption is that a purple, red or other dark colored fabric colored that portion of the machine. All of the accessories are in lightly used condition. Included are a GRAND HOOP and ALL FABRIC HOOP - two GREAT bonuses - not to mention the extra feet! The embroidery unit is in perfect condition - the unit CASE however is warped. I'm not sure how this happened since I am not the original owner, but I can tell you that the warping of the case does not effect the function of the case. It can be opened and closed easily and can be used to carry the embroidery unit and accessories without a problem. Damage Indicator Warnings:Your Diaper DayZ ships ALL high value items (with a value of $1000 or more) with what is called a Drop 'N Tell Damage Warning. This is to prevent the carrier from carelessly handling the package. Your job as the customer is to be absolutely sure that the warning has not gone off and that the package has not been mistreated (please contact us before your package arrives if you are unsure how to tell if the indicator has been triggered). If the Indicator shows Shock damage, check the entire contents of the package including doing a test sew/stitch out of a sewing/embroidery/serging machine BEFORE you sign for the package - the driver MUST wait for the signature so don't feel shy about asking the driver to wait! Note to the driver any visible damage to the package as well as to the packing materials and item shipped. The whole point of this indicator is to require the carrier to be careful when shipping and to have them step up when it comes to a claim. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within two days of the receipt of your item. Returned items must be received in the original unopened packaging within 14 days to guarantee a refund (buyers remorse). There is a 10% restocking fee for all accepted returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping & handling fees deducted from the refund. You will be issued credit back the way your payment was made for the remaining funds. Returned items must be in new, unused, unopened (shipped in packaging) condition. Your Diaper DayZ is unable to estimate the shipping times or track deliveries for APO/FPO orders due to the U.S. Military handling the final stages of delivery. Packing of Machines... The New Box: Weight tested boxes are used to insure the box can handle the weight of the machine. Some high value machines are double boxed to insure safe travel. The Foam Before Expansion: Instapak Quick packing foam is used to package the machine. Two to three packages are used on the base of box depending on the weight and needs of the machine. The Bubble Wrapped Box: Bubble wrap is used on the bottom, sides and top of the box to provide a soft cushiony ride for the machine and to prevent damage. The Instapak Quick foam is then placed in after the bubble wrap. Bubble wrap is also used to secure and protect other accessories that my be included with the machine. The machine and foam, after expansion: The machine is completely surrounded with the foam and bubble wrap to insure a safe trip! The Securely Packaged Box: More bubble wrap and/or Instapak Quick foam is then used to protect the top of the machine. Sometimes, Instapak Quick foam is also used on the top of the box, but again is used as needed to insure the machine is packaged properly! The Packed Box: Lastly, the machine is taped closed and fragile stickers are placed on the box.
