They can vary in size from 13-17". These are a nice Filler Floss Ostrich feather. VERY NICE FOR EIFFEL TOWER VASES, as in the picture shown. There are 20 Feathers displayed in the tower, all poked in a Medium Eiffel Tower Foam TOP inserted in a 16" White Tower- took me 5 minutes to make. Most of these feathers swoop down-this gives a nice waterfall effect. Sizes range from 13-17" -from quill tip to feather tip. THESE ARE SECONDS!!! They are not used,they just have some defects and imperfections. Some may be uneven. Some maybe thin in spots or frayed. Since these are a natural product individual feathers vary in size and shape-They are NOT broken----the stems may be curved and/or twisted. Some may be uneven.
