Description
Vulcan Kilns manufacturer of quality kilns since 1958 is now offering this digital pyrometer at analog prices. This unit is pre- assembled with a ¼ inch diameter 14 gauge thermocouple and 3 feet of wire connecting the thermocouple and pyrometer. The display operates on a standard 9 volt battery, no electrical connections are required. Just drill a hole in your kiln for the thermocouple, mount and you’re ready. This pyrometer reads and displays temperatures up to 1999F when on Fahrenheit setting or 1260 degrees Celsius ( 2300F ) when in this setting. Note: This will be shipped in Fahrenheit setting unless requested otherwise and the setting can be changed by the operator within minutes. *Fully encased in an easy to mount aluminum box. *On-off switch to conserve battery power *1 year manufacturers warranty The standard 1/4 inch diameter thermocouple can be substituted for these 1/2 inch diameter at a small additional cost. 6” 8 gauge add $3.00 8” 8 gauge add $3.00 10” 8 gauge add $4.00 12” 8 gauge add $4.00 Also additional length wire can be added for $1.00 per foot.
