The following is a step-by-step assembly instruction for the Ewins Eight Drawer Deluxe HobbyCart. This years cart is much improved drawer glides for easier opening drawers, locking casters for improver stability and for anywhere operation and harboard drawer bottoms and tower back which means translates too ease of assembly and more of per drawer payload. To make things even easier the The only tool required to complete the assembly is a Phillips screwdriver. There is a right and left drawer side when placed together with the drawer bottom slots facing on another the sides should mirror one another. Take one of the drawer sides you've paired and a drawer back and screw together use the pilot holes to align the side and back. Screw together using 2 of the M4x30 Screws these are the big ones. Make sure that the drawer bottom slot on the drawer back and on the drawer side face inwards and form a continuous slot. Don't over tighten the screws! Once that is complete repeat the operation using the other drawer side. Locate a drawer front and gather four connector bolts using a Phillips screw driver screw the connector bolts into the pre-drilled pilot holes in the drawer front. Locate a drawer bottom slide the drawer bottom into the slot formed by the drawer sides and back assembly. Take the drawer front and insert the connector bolts attached to the drawer front into the pre-drilled holes located on the front edge of the drawer sides. Press the drawer front on to the assembly so that it butts up against the drawer sides. Inset four cams in the pre-drilled cam holes with the indicator arrow on the cams facing the drawer front. Using a Phillips screw driver rotate the cam clockwise until it become tight. Repeat this step for the remaining three cams. Congratulations you have successfully assembled a drawer repeat these steps to complete the remaking drawers. Locate the hobby cart case bottom. One side will have sixteen pilot holes drilled in groups of four. Lay the hobby cart case bottom flat with the pilot holes facing up. Locate the four wheels and gather sixteen M4x15 Screws these are the medium sized screws. Position a wheel over the pilot holes so you can see the pilot holes through the holes on the base of the wheel. Insert a screw and tighten using a Phillips screw driver. Repeat this step until all four wheels are attached to hobby cart case bottom. Set the hobby cart case bottom aside for future use. Turn the hobby case bottom over with the wheels facing down and inset two wooden dowels in the middle two holes and screw two connection bolts into the outter two holes. Set the hobby cart case bottom aside for future use. Gather two connector bolts and two wooden dowels. Insert the wooden dowels into the middle two holes and then screw the connector bolts into the outer two holes using a Phillips screwdriver. All the hardware is now attached to the hobby cart case side, set aside and repeat these steps for the remaining hobby cart case side. Locate the middle case support and repeat the step above to attach the drawer slides. Turn the case middle support over so the drawer slides are facing down. Gather the two magnetic latches and four M2x15 screws. Attach the latches using the pilot holes as guides. Gather a single drawer slide without a guide nipple and three M4x 15 screws and attach the slide using the screws. The rounded edge of the slide should face the door latches. Gather six plastic collets (tubes) and press into the six pilot holes provided. Set aside for future use. Locate the remaing case side lay flat with pilot holes facing up. Take the remaing drawer slide and with 3 M4x 15 screws attach the slide. Gather six plastic collets (tubes) and press into the six pilot holes provided. Gather two connector bolts and two wooden dowels. Insert the wooden dowels into the middle two holes and then screw the connector bolts into the outer two holes using a Phillips screwdriver. Set aside for future use. Locate the hobby cart case top and lay flat with the pilot holes facing up. Gather six wooden dowels and six connector bolts. Insert the wooden dowels into the six middle pilot holes. Screw the six connector bolts into the six outer pilot holes. All the hardware is now attached to the hobby cart case top set aside for future use. Gather the case middle suppot and the case bottom. Insert the dowels and connector alreadt connected to the case bottom into the holes on the bottom edge of the case middle support. Makes sure that the case bottom Rabbet (groove) and the magnetic door latch are oppisite one anotherInsert cams into the cam holes in the case middle support with the indicator arrows pointing toward the case bottom and rotate clockwise with a Phillips screwdriver until tight. Gather the hobby cart case sides. Insert the wooden dowels and and connector bolts already attached to the hobby cart case sides into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the hobby cart case bottom. The rabbeted (grooved) edge of the hobby cart case sides and bottom should form a continuous groove. Insert cams into the cam holes with the indicator arrows pointing toward the hobby cart case side and rotate clockwise with a Phillips screwdriver until tight. Repeat this procedure with the remaining side. Turn the hobby cart case sides and bottom assembly so the rabbeted (grooved) edges face down. Locate the hobby cart case top and insert the connector bolts and wooden dowels attached to the hobby cart case top into the pre-drilled holes on the top edges of the hobby cart case sides andd middle support. Insert cams into the cam holes with the indicator arrows pointing toward the hobby cart case top and rotate clockwise with a Phillips screwdriver until tight. Rotate the hobby cart case assembly so the rabbeted (grooved) edge is facing up. Locate the hobby cart case back and gather the 12 M2x15 screws, the small ones. Using the pilot holes in hobby cart case back as a guide insert screws and tighten using a Phillips screwdriver. Stand cart on its side with the case side with the single drawer glide laying flat. Gather six M2x15 screws. Using the pilot holes as a guides position the door hinges over the pilot holes and attach the door to the cabinet. Stand cart upright on is's wheels. Locate the metal dowels and insert four into the plastic collets (tubes) located on case side and case midles support. Open the door as wide as possible and slide shelf into position. Insert drawers.
