The adjustable tension oval hoop can be used with or without the stand. The assembled stand is approximately 30” high, the inner hoop is approximately 27 ” x 18” at its widest points-the outer hoop slides over inner hoop to secure material. A bent metal bar allows hoop to be slightly tilted for a better working angle. This frame is assembled for picture purposes; it will be shipped unassembled-all wing nuts are attached to individual pieces and can be easily assembled -by just hand turning wing nuts, in 6 steps. There is normal light wear and ¼ inch chip out of inner hoop, that should not affect performance -it has been lightly wiped down, but could use a more thorough cleaning.
