How it works: 1. After you accept the offer, we contact you to confirm and review the order. 2. You prepare the quilt for shipping: · Quilt top, batting, and backing should be separate- not basted together. The top should be clean and pressed, free of dangling threads and embellishments. DO NOT place pins in the top except for 1 safety pin to indicate the “head” of the quilt if applicable. · Batting and backing should be at least 4” and no more than 8” larger than the top on all sides. Backing should be seamed and “squared up” as much as possible. Bed sheets are not suitable. · If you send batting, please be sure it is suitable for machine quilting. 1. You ship the quilt and the batting to us with your preferred carrier. 2. We send you an e-mail confirming that the quilt has arrived. 3. You select one of the pantographs shown in the attached images and a thread color. 4. We process the order: · We guarantee a 2 week turnaround from the time we receive your quilt to the time we ship it back to you. 5. We send the quilt back to you via one of the following: · USPS: $15.00, 2-3 day Priority Mail with tracking number and confirmation, if applicable. · UPS: $15.00 UPS Ground shipping with confirmation, if applicable.
