All returned items must be in their original condition in their original packaging. The only exceptions to this is damaged items. I purchase these items through a wholesale distributor that buys closeouts and shelf pulls from craft stores. All items are Brand New and in Brand New condition unless stated otherwise. We do occassionally have some items that have cracked cases or damaged wrappings but it will be clearly stated if that is the case.
