OOAK' Description Evening comes, the bats are in the belfry and in Blueboo Pffts personal space! Yikes!!! . My goodness this summer has really flown by here at the Pfft family abode. We have a little belltower here, everyone likes to go up there and clang the bell when they have an announcement to make. Its a wonderful addition to have in your home, Much better than a loudspeaker to make everyone hear announcements. If you have a lot of kids you can just go up there and clang your pot lids together to get everyones attention for dinner..... So this evening, amidst all the soft sounds of leaves falling and cardinals announcing the coming fall, we heard this wild screaming sound coming from the tower...."AIIIII-YAIIIIIII-EEEEEEE!!!!!!' " GET THIS AWFUL THING OUT OF HERE!!!!"  "HE'S GOING TO EAT MY EARS, AND I JUST HAD THEM POLISHED!!!!!" There he was, our cousin Blueboo Pfft, running out of the tower, with a wild eyed little bat flying after him......."Help! aii-yaaiiiiii----eeeeeeee!!!!" and he promply fell over and fainted on the spot......"Bat-o-phobia" I sighed, "cousin Blueboo has suffered from that affliction for years, and look, he's so upset his tailed has tied itself in a knot!!!!" We sat him up in a pile of leaves and promised to ask you if you could give hime a new home...Unfortunately he comes with the bat too...................... Blueboo Pfft and his little bat friend were  created from 1 small bottle gourd.... The gourd stem is what holds the bat in the air..His features are sculpted with wire armatures, aluminum foil and polymer clay. These were then painted with acrylic, and sealed with clear glossy sealer. The entire sculpture is 10 inches high, and 3 inches wide for both sculptures combined...   Katie is am award winning artist, has attended classes at the Cleveland Museum of Art, and Cleveland Art Institute. I also do Beadwork, and fiber arts, make soap and will try to make just about anything! My most enjoyable endeavor is teaching art to children. What Fun! Thanks for looking!!!!!
