THIS SET WAS MADE HAND AT ART FESTIVAL IN  CHINA THEY TAKE THE DIRT AND CLAY FROM THE GROUND AND CREATE THIS WAS HAND MOLDED  BY AN ARTIST AND THEM HAND PAINTED EACH ITEM HAS SO MUCH DETAIL FROM TH TRUE DRESS THEY ARE WEARING U CAN SEE THE TEETH..THEY EYES LOOK REAL DOWN TO THE DETAIL ON THE SYMBOLS ON THEIR  ROBES AS U CAN IMAGINE NO TWO ARE THE SAME. THIS IS NOT A PICE THAT U WOULD PICK UP IN A TOURIST SHOP, THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THE ITEM JUSTICE. I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN HOW BEAUTIFUL EACH ONE IS BUT THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WOULD HAVE TO SEE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS ITEM WAS GOOD LUCK TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME WE HAVE PURCHASED A LIMITED AMOUNT  OF THIS SO CHECK OUT ALL THE WORK I HAVE FROM THIS ARTIST...EACH ONE IS MORE BEAUTIFUL THEN THE NEXT NOW TO TELL U ABOUT YOUR SET This is  a traditional old couple playing checkers The lady has her arm out to make a move..(which had to be glued by artist due to weight so it will stay out)She is 5" tall The man is sitting and thinking of his move...he is 5" tall they both have there own bowl and the table is 3 1/2" wide   The both of them look so real.     THIS SHOULD BE CALLED A ONE OF A KIND PIECE OF ART.
