This is not some flimsy store bought, machine made afghan. This outstanding afghan has been lovingly hand-crocheted by an 81 years young Asian lady who has been crocheting all her life. She was looking for a project to keep her occupied through the winter so decided to make this stunning afghan. But she didn't want to make just ANY afghan. So she created this work of art that is larger than usual, heavier than usual and with all these beautiful unique "3-D" type raised designs. Look at all the detail! It's amazing! It is made from 100% cotton knitted worsted which equates to easy care and cleaning. So if you want something that is a cut above the norm, something that will give you years of comfort and beauty, you definitely want this afghan. My friend is cleaning out her closet and cedar chests of all her hand-made handiwork so make sure and check out my other auctions as I can combine shipping.
