He carries his fishing pole with a fish hanging from it that he already caught and has his fishing basket ready to fill to his limit. He is heavily grunged and looks like he has been out at the lake all day. His face is hand stitched and he has button eyes. He has curly red hair that is sewn all around under his grunged up fishing hat that has 2 little fishies attached to it. His fishing basket is all woven scrap material with a button fish attached. His shirt and trousers are a calico blend with little wood fish sewn to the straps of his trousers. He has LONG LONG legs that have freckles at the knees and his toes are stitched. He is sure to put a smile on your face. He sits about 13" high and with his feet all stretched out he is about 29" long. His fishing pole is made of bamboo. A great inspiration to do some fishing yourself...! He has a cousin, Archie, you might want to check him out also. Another OOAK pattern by me, made with lots of love from me to you. This is an original. He is signed and dated both on his body and his tag. This doll is for decoration and display only and is not recommended for small children.
