Mom chose to make this one with a light background that is a celery green print; 2 medium brown prints, and crimson red. The 9" outer border is a deep celery green print.  Mom backed the quilt with the same light celery green fabric that is used for the background on the front. The inner border is one of the brown prints. This quilt is quite large - 91" x 101" - which will fit a Queen bed. Mom prewashes all of her fabric, sews by machine, and quilts on her long-arm quilting machine. Mom always hand sews the binding. Place a Bid!
