This machine comes with a brand new blade and brand new mat. The two cartridges included are Accent Essentials which is a brand new cartridge never been used it came with my new cricut expression but it is not in it's plastic outer shell, the other is an alphabet cartridge called tear drop, which is very decorative.  It is packed in it's original box and includes all user manuals.
