Description
This beautiful application of enamel was started by a true craftsman. The production studio closed in 1970. Copper plates with counter enamel on back and transparent on the front surfaces. The studio where these were started used Thompson Enamel in 1960 and used the “Separation” technique as a production piece. The shapes with two colors were planned for that technique. 3 – Hand formed copper shallow dish 6 ½ by 4 inches 3 – Triangle dish 5 ¾ inches on all sides 2 – Stamped triangles with rounded angles 5 ¾ inches 3- Hand formed rectangle dishes 6 ¼ by 4 ½ inches 4- Round shallow plates 7 inches 2 – Round shallow plates 8 inches 3 – Round shallow plates 9 inches (these have two colors sifted on the front) 1 – Large Round Plate 11 ¾ inches across3 – Triangle shapes 5 inches per side (with two colors on top surface)
