It has had medium to light usage, since its purchase and is in excellent condition.  We are closing our Embroidery and Children’s retail boutique and are liquidating everything!   SWF has great technical support, by phone, and since we purchased this machine new from them, you would still have free phone support (we checked!). If you buy used elsewhere, you may have to buy a maintenance contract. With the emergency kit, included, and their phone support, we have been able to fix everything ourselves.  The machine has run great and the only problems we have called for have been created by my employees.  Great machine. After 3 years using it, if I would buy another commercial embroidery machine, I would again look for SWF. But, this one’s got to go.          This machine has 2 heads, with 15 needles each.  It can stitch 2 items, of the same design, or one head can be turned off, and just stitch one item.
