Interior cabinet has plenty of storage space:  Upper area has five small shelves, one running the width of the cabinet above, and rows of wooden dowels for spools.  Lower area has two large storage shelves. The diagonal strip inside the left door is a strip of corking where I hung my patterns for easy viewing. Hole through back for electric wires. Inner surfaces are all smooth, outer doors when closed feel a bit rough. There's a piece of outer trim work on the bottom edge of left door that is missing. Pictures show how cabinet folds up, step by step... each table top folds up separately and is secured with a latch.
