Customer's review:  It really is a wonderful machine. Here are a few tips on making your experience with it enjoyable, these have worked for me. Regarding the machine saying "check that the frame is secured" it will do that each time you start a design, it is a safety feature to remind you and you can just push your start button twice, this feature is not able to be turned off so just hit the start button twice as soon as you begin to embroider. Regarding the spare bobbin case, I have never had to use it even tho it was meant to be used with the prewound bobbins, the machine often runs better without switching the cases, if I am using the prewounds I will stick to the NEBS brand (I've been mostly winding my own because it winds a beautiful bobbin with the fine linerie/bobbin thread) as I have found that other brands will cause some problems even tho they say they are "the same as NEBS" On threads, I am using RA and it works great, I had a problem with Sulky but I think that is caused by the thread being very kinked by the small spool it is wound on, to thread Sulky with the automatic threader I will thread as usual but not cut the thread with the cutter I will leave a tiny maybe 1/8 inch piece past the cutter then hit the auto threading button and it threads fine.
