This 1530 is excellent for the crafter, quilter, home decorator or the garment sewer.  It is like new and has recently been serviced by an authorized Bernina dealer.  It runs smoothly and you will be amazed at how easy it is to use. Bernina is most known for its precision stitching and this machine is no exception. The reason is its Swiss engineering.  It sews on satin, denim, cotton, leather and much more. This machine is in pristine condition.  It has everything to make your sewing future a breeze. This machine is being sold because the owner wanted to upgrade to a higher model.  So rest assured it was taken care of.    It is important to note that this machine is impeccable working order. There are however two cosmetic defects.  These are: the carrying case has black scuffmarks on it, and the accessory box (it holds the feet) is yellowed from age. It might have been in a location that had direct sun light.
