Rappard in New Zealand from native NZ timbre ! It is an excellent Spinning wheel:  very solid, very stabile and very easy to operate ! There is a hand written number on the bottom side of the bench as all Rappard's wheels have. It is a Double and Single band with a scotch tension Spinning Wheel. At present it is set to be used as a Double drive spinning  wheel.  However the winner will get a single and a double drive bands to be able to use the wheel according he's preferences. The orifice is 8.5 mm and the ratios are 5 and  6.5  : 1. There is a 3 bobbins built-in Lazy Kate and 4 bobbins in all !   THE LITTLE PEGGY SPINNING WHEEL IS VERY SUITABLE FOR ANY KIND OF YARN.
