Seller is not responsible for replacement or refund on uninsured shipments which are lost or damaged - our liability ends when we put your items into the hands of the shipping carrier. Insurance is not available on international flat rate envelope shipments. If you are an international customer and you require insurance then the shipment cannot go by flat rate envelope - it has to ship by priority mail by weight and the shipping charge will be higher.
