It is made of polished cotton fabric and is 2 5/8" wide, not including the 3/8" seam allowance. The fabric is blue with red flowers and green stems & leaves. The ruffles are suitable for trimming a variety of projects, including costumes, pillows, curtains, dust ruffles and more. Very good condition The raw fabric edges (above the seam allowance in the picture) have loose threads.
