Each one measures approximately 3 inches across, and about 2 inches tall...  Each one is adorned with a bunch of pearlized pips or stamens in the center (also in ivory), and comes with a wire stem wrapped in white paper... There are 12 pieces on each lot... There are 2 lots available...  Handmade pieces, dyeable, and perfect to mix and match with other florals for victorian projects and crafts, as well as on bridal apparel and pageant gowns.... Perfect too, on boutique projects, including millinery applications... Not washable, but works very well on items that require laundering, with the help of pinbacks or velcro, or some of our clients glue them first on ribbons, which may be tied on and off easily before wash... This allows us faster processing times for each transaction, and security for both your account and our operations.   If you are not PayPal verified, but you still wish to bid, we require proof that you are indeed authorizing the payment for the transaction, and that the merchandise will be sent to an unconfirmed address.   As such, you have to send us through an email, using the email address associated with your Paypal account, that your address on your PayPal account is not verified, but  you are authorizing the purchase and the mailing of the item to that address.   You will have to do this authorization each time you conduct business with us until you are verified. This is why, we discourage bidders who are not PayPal verified, as it may take time and some time consuming process to proceed with your transaction. (For example if the  first auction you won ended January 15, you can bid on more auctions that will end up to January 20 to go in one shipment for a discounted rate.) We allow a couple of days more, after the end of the last auction,  for combined invoice bidders to settle their current invoices.  If an item is not paid on the 7th day from auction close, we automatically file a dispute, as a matter of standard operating procedure, which is also acceptable at eBay.     ABOUT SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY   Shipping and handling rates are as advertised. Please note that our shipping and handling rates include actual shipping rate, a portion of the processing fees for your payments and some packaging materials.     We offer at least 30% shipping rate discount (for each additional item, first item of highest rate full) for bidders who take advantage of the 5 day combined invoice offer. However, discounts are only offered per invoice. There are no additional shipping discounts for additional invoices, or invoices paid separately, but which may ship together.  Please do not alter the invoice sent to you such as the CA tax rates if applicable and the shipping and handling rates. It will only make the transaction process slower because we will send back the payment to you until the proper amounts are settled.   All California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.   Insurance is usually optional, but may be required for shipments of larger values. Signature Confirmation is required for shipments over $200 in value.   For international delivery, please note that we only ship via USPS Priority Mail Service.
