There are no visible cracks, splits, checks, rot or other major defect in any piece.  Some or all pieces may have a single rounded edge that should not hinder its use as a pen blank or most other craft uses in any way. This Rosewood was originally imported for musical instrument making and as such is of top quality.  It has all been kiln dried and is ready for use. You are bidding on the items in the photograph, not similar items.
